How do I order?
Ordering in our Online Shop is completely simple. After selecting the desired product you click on the Shopping Cart Button and placing there the article.

Now you can select further products or convey the order immediately. If you have all desired articles in the Shopping Cart, click on "cash", and you are led automatically by the remainder of the order procedure.

How does the Shopping Cart function?
In your Shopping Cart all articles are collected, which selected you. If you are finished with your selection, click please right on "Shopping Cart ". In the overview you get then again all selected articles indicated and you can still changes at the quantity make or also individual articles remove.

How can I pay?
We offer a broad selection of possibilities to you, how you can pay your order:

When do I have to pay?
If you selected money transfer before or European Union standard bank transfer, your order is implemented directly after receipt of the payment. In order to save valuable time, you can do us already in advance a copy of your transfer by email (info@smile-store.de). Supplies by cash on delivery take place immediately after arrival of your order. They pay only with receipt of the package.

During the payment with PayPal your order is implemented after receipt of the payment. This is usually few minutes after mailing its order the case.

Are my data subject to the data security?
Their address data remain stored in the legal framework and only for job execution third are on passed on, e.g. for the dispatch.

Are my data coded?

How long is the delivery time?
We knew in principle all products in stock and immediately to supply. If we should not have nevertheless once an article in the necessary quantity available, we will contact immediately you and the delivery time with you will coordinate.

With which parcel service do you send the commodity away?
We send away into all countries in Europe and always select for it the most favorable in each case parcel service. These are usually DHL, DPD or the German post office. Within Germany the feed of your order should take place after to two days. Into European countries the dispatch lasts about 5-8 working days.

What happens, if I am not in the case of supply at home?
Perfect kundenservice is our highest requirement. Therefore you keep a Infomail immediately after mailing your package. There should be times problems with the feed, receive from us the telephone number of the parcel service, with which you can agree upon then a new setting date. The safest way is to be indicated however from the outset a ship-to-address, under which you are to be found during the day. On the other hand you deposit best a message for the parcel service and let the supply with a neighbour deliver.

Can I indicate an alternative ship-to-address?
In our online Shop you can send your order away also to an alternative ship-to-address, thus to an address deviating from your bill-to-address. During the order procedure you are asked also for the ship-to-address.

Can I mean orders directly with you to fetch?
We are an InterNet dispatch without branch enterprise. The package messenger brings you the supply in the house. So you do not have expenditure and to lose also no time, in order to receive your order.

Can I pay also in other currencies in place of EURO?
Our paying systems are exclusively furnished on the EURO. A payment in other currencies (e.g. CHF) is unfortunately not possible. With the conversion of the prices and forwarding expenses the following currency calculator is helpful to you:

Do supplies have to be declared outside of the European union?
We supply to countries of the European union (except Switzerland), a customs is not necessary. For possible customs in Switzerland the orderers themselves must be responsible. The customs depends on the country, into which one sends and can with the there customs office are inquired.

What happens, if my products arrive damaged?
If the package should be damaged, let the condition by the parcel service be confirmed and informed us about it. In the case of doubt you refuse the acceptance of the transmission. Each package was insured by us against such damage. For the proof however an immediate complaint is necessary with the parcel service.

What do I make, if the ordered product does not please me?
They can return the product within 14 days without indication of reasons at us. Please you have understanding that we can take back only products, which are still original-packed and intact. Send email to us, if you liked to return your product. The return should take place directly to our Office:
