PayPal

You can use this online payment service free of charge even without a PayPal account (you only need an email address). You will normally be redirected to the PayPal website immediately after completing the order process to make your payment. There are no additional costs for you.

Use of the ‘Invoice’ and ‘Direct Debit’ payment methods is subject to a successful credit check. Accordingly, as part of the purchase process and the execution of the sales contract, we pass on your data to PayPal for the purposes of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. 

Klarna (Germany & Austria)

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment term is [14] days from dispatch of the goods or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. The full terms and conditions for this payment method in the countries where it is available can be found here: Germany, Austria.
• Instant bank transfer: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order. Direct debit: Available in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. The amount will be debited once the goods have been dispatched. You will be notified of the exact date by email.
• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): Available in Germany and Austria. The amount will be debited once the goods have been dispatched or, in the case of a subscription, in accordance with the times specified.
• Direct debit: Available in Germany and Austria. The amount will be debited once the goods have been dispatched. You will be notified of the date by email.

Use of the ‘invoice’ and ‘direct debit’ payment methods is subject to a successful credit check. Accordingly, as part of the purchase process and the fulfilment of the sales contract, we will pass your data on to Klarna for the purposes of address verification and credit assessment. Stripe

The payment service provider Stripe offers you a range of payment options to choose from:

• Credit card: We accept all major card types from customers worldwide, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire and many more.
• Apple Pay: Apple Pay offers a convenient, secure and confidential way to pay using your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Click on Apple Pay and confirm your purchase using Touch ID or Face ID on your Apple device, without having to enter your credit card details. You can pay in our online shop using your debit or credit card linked to Apple Pay.
• Google Pay: With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and easily. To use the service, you must first download and set up the free Google Pay app for Android. This is linked to your Google account. Google Pay already works with numerous debit and credit cards in Germany. Furthermore, any bank account can be linked to Google Pay via PayPal.
• Giropay in Germany: Giropay is the joint digital payment system of German banks and savings banks. As Giropay is a feature of your current account, you always pay directly from your current account. You decide for yourself how you wish to pay: via paydirekt using your username and password, with buyer protection; or via Giropay using your online banking credentials without prior registration. No matter how you pay with the new giropay, the recognised high standards of security and data protection applied by your banks and savings banks apply. You can easily activate giropay/paydirekt for payments via your online banking: simply set a username and password, confirm them once, and you’ll be able to make secure online payments straight away.
• Bancontact in Belgium: Bancontact, formerly known as Mister Cash, is a payment method that allows consumers in Belgium to make online bank transfers. With over 15 million cardholders, Bancontact is the market leader among electronic payment providers in Belgium.
• iDEAL in the Netherlands: iDEAL is an online payment method that was introduced in 2005 and is available exclusively in the Netherlands. When Dutch customers choose to pay via iDEAL, the online shop redirects them to their usual online banking environment. There, they can then make their payment securely.

Prepayment (-2% immediate discount)

This is a standard bank transfer which you must initiate yourself after receiving your order confirmation, either using a form at your bank or, of course, online. Please do not forget to quote the order number with the transfer, as this is the only way to ensure the payment is clearly linked to your order. Depending on your bank, it takes approximately 1 to 3 days (or longer from abroad) for the funds to reach our bank and for the payment to be recorded. For transfers from abroad, your bank may charge you additional fees.
