Return / Defective product
Please note that many of our products are hygiene or cosmetic products. Therefore only unopened & undamaged packaging/contents can be returned within the revocation period.
Used toothbrushes or opened packaging of toothbrushes and toothbrush accessories (such as replacement brush heads or tongue cleaner) are generally excluded from return.
If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with the product, please give us a call.
Please note that the postage costs for a return shipment will be borne by the buyer.
Information on complaints about defective products
The warranty of our products is 2 years from date of purchase
If a product should ever be defective, please contact us. Depending on the problem/defect, it is usually sufficient, e.g. simply to send the handhold of your ultrasonic or sonic tooth (well packed) back to us. Each shipment must be accompanied by a complaint form so that it can be repaired/replaced. You can do this easily by donwloading the following PDF.
